A series of events that connects people
Born as a traveling tournament in the agency world, this event series combines team building and competition into a shared experience that brings people together. Teams selected at random compete against each other in the battle for a coveted challenge cup.
Team building is when you laugh, learn, and sometimes lose together – but never lose your team spirit.
Challenge
Team building events have a long tradition in agencies. As a result, many formats have become worn out and no longer deliver the added value they once did. We were looking for a new format that would bring departments together and enable positive shared experiences.
Solution
The focus is on exchange and shared positive experiences. Team selection through all departments. The most creative team names have the chance to win the «Team name of the Tournament» prize. Everyone receives a certificate of participation, and the winners also receive gold medals and the challenge cup, which contains the «All-time winners hall of fame list». The 2nd and 3rd place winners receive silver and bronze medals. In addition, there are corresponding buttons for everyday office wear.
